As of this writing it holds 194 of them, the largest single-issuer catalogue this site tracks, and it is read here the same way every other chain is: from public state, with a timestamp on every figure. We do not operate it and we are not connected to Robinhood. This page reports what the chain shows, alongside what Robinhood publishes about it. ## What lives on it Stock tokens, issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. Robinhood states these are debt securities: a claim on the issuer that follows the share price, rather than the share or shareholder rights. Because it is an EVM chain, its explorer works the way an Ethereum explorer works. Blockscout serves it, and you can read a token's supply, its holders and every transfer without an account or permission from anyone. ## The mechanic that makes it interesting Robinhood handles corporate actions with a multiplier kept inside the token contract. Your shares are your raw token balance times that number. To pass on a dividend or process a split, the number goes up, and no tokens are minted, burned or moved. On EVM chains this is the ERC-8056 Scaled UI Amount extension. Two consequences follow from the number living on the token itself. The first is that a wallet shows the change by itself, with nothing for the holder to do and nowhere else to look. Ondo Global Markets keeps its equivalent figure in a separate contract, so an Ondo holder's wallet balance stays put when a distribution happens. The second is that the whole corporate action is one public transaction. On 27 July 2026 the ORCL multiplier rose by about 0.22 percent in a single transaction, linked above. On 2 July 2026 CRWD went from 1 to 4 in a 4-for-1 split. Those are receipts you can open. ## Who can hold them Robinhood decides who may hold these tokens, and publishes its rule in its [stock token documentation](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/stock-tokens/). This site links to that rule rather than copying it. A copy is only accurate on the day it was made, and an issuer can change who it deals with without changing the page somebody copied from. Read Robinhood's own page, and note that "U.S. person" is a defined term rather than a description of where you happen to be standing. ## How this fits the wider picture Robinhood Chain is one of five chains carrying tokenized stocks that we track. The others are Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana and Base, and between them they carry tokens from Ondo Global Markets, Backed and Dinari. A stock can exist as tokens from several issuers on several chains at once, which is why this site gives each stock one page and prints the issuer and chain as facts on it. A single-issuer chain works differently from a general-purpose one.
