Terms for the metered agent tier
These terms cover one thing: an automated caller that pays for a bulk feed over x402. Gwei, Inc. publishes them. No human reader is ever a party to them.
The short version. The data licence does not change when you pay. Everything stays CC BY 4.0, including the metered feeds. What a payment buys is assembly, not access: every figure in a paid feed is also served free from a path we name for you.
Who these terms bind
These terms bind a caller that pays for a metered resource. They start when that caller sends a payment, and they apply to that request.
Reading this site does not make you a party. Using a free endpoint does not make you a party. Using the MCP server does not make you a party. Those are covered by the site terms and the data licence, and nothing on this page changes them.
No human reader is ever a party to these terms. Payment is made by an agent, in an HTTP header, from that agent own wallet. We never ask a reader to sign in or to use a wallet.
The licence does not change when you pay
All data on this site is licensed CC BY 4.0. That includes the metered feeds. Payment does not change the licence, and it does not buy exclusivity.
You may use what you receive commercially, republish it, and build on it, with attribution and a link back, exactly as a caller who paid nothing may.
What a payment buys
One request and one response, at the price stated in the 402 response.
It buys assembly: the request count and the joining. It does not buy access. Every figure in a metered feed is also served free, without a key, from a documented path. The manifest names that free path for each feed.
A caller that reads the price and decides to make the free requests instead has understood the offer correctly.
We ask nothing in return
There is no restriction on what you do with what you receive. You may republish it, resell it, and build a product on it, including a product that competes with this site.
A resale restriction was drafted here on 2026-08-14 and removed on 2026-08-15. It contradicted the clause above it: we cannot license a feed CC BY 4.0, which permits redistribution, and forbid redistribution of the same feed in the next paragraph. It also read as a claim of ownership over facts we do not own and do not claim.
No warranty, and no service level
We read this data from public chains and public sources. It can be wrong. It can be late. It can be incomplete.
We do not promise that a figure is correct. We do not promise that an endpoint stays available, or that it answers in any period of time.
There is no service level agreement at this price. If you need one, write to us before you build on this.
No refunds, because there is no account to refund to
Each payment pays for one request. We hold no balance and no account, so there is no mechanism to reverse a payment.
Read the response before you pay again. A failed request is not charged twice by us, but we cannot return a payment that settled.
No account, and nothing kept about you
We do not create an account for a payment. We do not store an identity, a key, or a record of who called. The transaction is the authorization.
This is the same rule the rest of the site follows. There is no database and no personal data here to lose.

This site publishes information about tokens that track share prices. It is not investment advice, and it is not an offer or a recommendation of any asset.
Nothing on this site ranks, rates or recommends. If you pass this data to a reader or to a model, carry the notice that ships in every payload with it.
How these terms change
Each version carries a number and a date. A 402 response names the version it offers.
A new version does not change a request you have already paid for. The terms that apply to a request are the version named in the 402 you paid against.
