What this site is not
Not a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. We do not sell securities and we hold no customer funds.

This site does not rank, rate or score any issuer, venue or token, and does not know your circumstances. Speak to a qualified professional before you make a financial decision.
What a stock token is
This is widely misreported, so it is worth stating plainly: a stock token is not a share. Each issuer defines what you hold, and those definitions differ.
- Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited: Debt security. A debt note issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that follows the share price. As a debt security it is a claim on the issuer, not the share or shareholder rights. More on Robinhood →
- Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited: Debt security (SPV-issued tracker). A token issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited through a bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle. Ondo states it is a total return tracker that gives economic exposure similar to holding the share and reinvesting dividends, not title to the share or shareholder rights. - Backed Assets (JE) Limited: Tracker certificate. A bearer certificate from Backed, collateralized 1:1 by the share it tracks. The certificate carries the price, not the share itself or a shareholder vote. More on xStocks →
- Dinari, Inc.: Backed dShare. A dShare from Dinari, backed 1:1 by a share held at a US broker-dealer. Cash dividends are paid to your wallet as a stablecoin. More on Dinari →
In every case you carry issuer credit risk in addition to market risk. If an issuer fails, what you hold is a claim in that failure, not a share certificate. No issuer listed here gives you shareholder rights such as voting.
Who may buy
Each issuer states its own rule, and this site prints that statement verbatim next to its tokens. We do not determine your eligibility, ask where you are, or advise you on it. Read the issuer's own words and their own documentation before you act.
Accuracy and no warranty
Data is collected automatically from public blockchain state and third-party APIs. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices follow the underlying 24/5 equity schedule and are stale outside market hours by design. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify anything that matters against the chain itself. See methodology for known limits.
Third-party links
This site does not name anywhere to buy a token. It lists no exchange, swap app, bridge or wallet, and it carries no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate link. Nothing on any page is paid for by anyone. Gwei, Inc. has never been paid for a placement of any kind.
It does link out to the issuers whose tokens it describes, to public block explorers, and to sources for the figures it publishes. Those links are for checking a fact, not recommendations. Gwei, Inc. does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any third-party site, product or service, and is not a party to anything you do there. How the site is funded is stated, dated, on the disclaimer page.
Links marked as checked carry the date a person here last opened them. That is a statement of fact about a date, not a warranty about the operator.
Automated access and AI assistants
The data on this site is published for machines as well as people, through a read-only server, open JSON endpoints and a documented skill file. Anyone may point an AI assistant, an agent or a script at them. Those surfaces carry the same terms as the rest of this site: information only, no advice, no ranking, and no warranty of accuracy or availability. We may change or withdraw any of them at any time.
An answer produced by your assistant is not our statement. A model can summarise our data wrongly, mix it with another source, drop the timestamp attached to a number, or state a conclusion we do not publish and would not. You are responsible for what you do with any such answer, and Gwei, Inc. accepts no liability for it. We never ask a reader to sign in, connect a wallet, or install anything in order to use these surfaces, and any site that does so while presenting itself as this one is not this one.
We name AI products so readers can tell whether their own software can read this data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those companies, and naming one is not a claim that it endorses or has reviewed this site. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the software described. Configuration published here was read from that company's own documentation on the date shown beside it, and it may change without us knowing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gwei, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage, including lost profits, lost assets, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site, from reliance on anything published here, from any output produced by an AI assistant or agent that read this data, or from any dealing with a third party found through it.
Acceptable use
You may read, quote and link to this site freely. The data behind it is licensed CC BY 4.0: use it commercially or otherwise, with attribution and a link back. Do not present this site as your own, impersonate it, or use its name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you.
That licence covers everything, including the bulk feeds an automated caller can pay for. Paying does not change it and does not buy exclusivity. A paying caller also accepts a short set of terms for the metered agent tier, which apply to that request and to nobody else. Reading this site accepts nothing beyond this page.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
