Methodology
Who read each number on this site, how it is checked, and how often it changes.
Where each figure comes from
| Figure | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Supply, multiplier, pause flags, symbols | We read the token contract.Checked: Read at the block we state. |
| Price and 24-hour volume | A market data provider. GeckoTerminal, and DexScreener on Solana.Checked: Against our own read of the chain. A price we cannot corroborate is withheld, and its volume and market cap go with it. |
| Market cap | That price, times the share-equivalent supply we read.Checked: Absent when the price is withheld. |
| Holder counts and concentration | We read them. Chain state on Solana. Every transfer ever made on Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum. The full holder list on Robinhood Chain.Checked: The balances must add up to the supply the token itself reports. No match, no figure. |
| Transfer counts | Our own read on Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum. The chain's block explorer on Robinhood Chain, named as theirs.Checked: Counted over a range we can prove we read. |
| Corporate actions and multiplier history | We decode the issuer's own event logs.Checked: Every event carries its transaction. |
| Daily history | We record one row per token per UTC day.Checked: Kept permanently. Charts start at our first snapshot. |
Price and volume are the only figures here we do not read ourselves. They are published free with their source named. A market data provider reads public pools, and a pool is not always priced in dollars, so a dollar price can be a conversion rather than a trade. See why one token can have hundreds of pools.
How often it refreshes
- Hourly in US market hours for price, supply and multiplier. Every four hours overnight, every six at weekends.
- Every six hours for transfer counts.
- Daily for the history rollup and a scan for tokens missing from our registry.
- When a full pass completes for holder counts. One pass reads every transfer a chain has ever had.
Every figure carries the time it was read. Equity feeds update 24/5, so a price hours old on a Sunday is correct rather than broken.
Current snapshot: 194 stocks, 431 listings, block 57,161,752 on Robinhood Chain, taken 7 min ago (2026-09-07 21:41 UTC).
The closed-market counter
The band under the headline counts transfers, not trades, because the chain cannot prove which transfer was a trade. It counts only from the last NASDAQ close, and it freezes when the market reopens. It moves in steps, because the counters behind it do. It can undercount a window, never overcount one.
How the multiplier works
shares = raw balance * multiplier
- Your raw balance never moves. The issuer raises one number, and each token counts as more of a
share. Of the 284 products we watch this way, 234 still sit at exactly
1.000000. The rest have moved, and every move we hold a transaction for is on the events page. - Where the number lives changes what a holder sees. Robinhood keeps it on the token, as ERC-8056. Backed uses the equivalent SPL extension on Solana. When it is on the token, the wallet shows the change by itself.
- Ondo publishes it from a separate oracle. So on Ondo's EVM chains a wallet balance does not
change by itself. What changes is how many shares each token represents. A listing whose own chain publishes no
value names the contract we did read it from, as
mechanicSource. - A queued change is published before it starts. That is why a stock page can show a corporate action in advance.
Annualised multiplier growth
(last / first) ^ (365 / days) - 1, between the first and most recent recorded distribution.
- A move beyond 50% either way is a split, not a distribution, and is excluded.
- A window under two weeks shows nothing. It is too short to annualise.
- The figure is growth measured so far. Nobody offers it and nobody promises it.
Limits
- Market cap is on-chain only. It measures tokens issued on chain, not the company.
- Holder counts are wallets, not people. One person can hold many. Each stock page splits supply between wallets and protocols. A wallet that delegates to a smart account (EIP-7702) carries a marker that looks like contract code, and we count it as a wallet.
- A holder is one address holding more than zero. An emptied account is not a holder. The zero address is not a holder. On Solana we count owners, not token accounts.
- We check our arithmetic against the token, not against another index. Where our count differs from a block explorer's, we publish the difference. We do not tune ours to match.
- The registry is checked, and it is growing. Every token here was matched to an address its issuer publishes, then checked on the chain. The issuers have put far more tokens on chain than this site lists today. We are adding them chain by chain.
- An outage degrades, it does not break. A figure we cannot re-read keeps its last value and its last date.
What we are building
We built our own chain-reading infrastructure. It extracts every transfer, event and balance for every tokenized stock, from the chains themselves, onto hardware we operate. Nothing in it is rented: no data API, no explorer, no key. It runs against live chains today, and we are checking it against this site one chain at a time. Until a chain passes, its figures keep the sources named above.
- Every figure from our own read. Price and volume off the pools, by us. Event history on every chain.
- Every issued listing. Each issuer's full catalogue, then the chains we do not track yet.
- Figures a full record makes possible. What share of a company is on chain. How tokens move between wallets and protocols. What it costs in gas to move a stock. Which protocols hold one.
Each of those follows the rules above. We read it, we date it, we link it, and we never rank it. We believe this is the first system built to read every tokenized stock on every chain from the chains alone.

Frequently asked questions
Do you use a third-party data service?
For price and 24-hour volume, today, yes. Every other figure is our own read of the chain. We built our own chain-reading infrastructure to replace the rest, and we are checking it against this site chain by chain before it takes over.
Why do you say stock tokens are not stocks?
Because that is how they are structured. Each token is a legal wrapper from its issuer, not a share. Robinhood issues debt securities. Backed issues tracker certificates. In every case the value tracks an underlying share, but the holder has a claim on the issuer, not ownership of the company, and no voting or shareholder rights.
Is a rising multiplier a yield?
No. A yield is something an instrument pays you. The multiplier rises when a distribution is reinvested, so it behaves like an automatically compounding dividend, and we annualise how far it has moved. That figure is backward-looking, it is not offered or promised by anyone, and it says nothing about what the issuer will do next. This site called it an "effective yield" until August 2026, which was the wrong word for it.
Why is your market cap so much smaller than the company's?
We report the value of tokens issued on chain, not the market capitalisation of the underlying business. Only a tiny fraction of any company's shares are tokenized, so the two numbers are orders of magnitude apart.
