Who can buy, and where each issuer says so

Each issuer decides who may buy its tokens and publishes its own rule. This site does not copy those rules. It links to them, so you always read the issuer's current wording rather than a copy of it that could be out of date.

This site never asks where you are, and it never decides whether you may buy. The rules are not only about the United States: issuers also restrict other countries, and some ask a reader to meet conditions first. Read the issuer's page for the rule that applies to you.

Common questions

Can I buy a tokenized stock where I live?

That is the issuer to answer, not this site. Each issuer publishes its own rule and each rule is different. This page links to all of them. Open the one you care about and read it there, because that page is always current and any copy of it might not be.

Why does this site not just tell me the answer?

Because the answer changes, and this site cannot promise to notice when it does. An issuer can change who it serves without changing the page we were watching, and that has already happened once. A link always shows you their wording today. A copy only shows you their wording on the day somebody copied it.

Does this site check where I am or whether I may buy?

No. This site never asks where you are and never determines eligibility. It links to the issuer, and the issuer decides.

Why is there no country-by-country table?

A table this site built would be its own claim about who may lawfully buy a security, which is the one claim this site never makes. Each issuer's own page is the authority for each country.
