There are two routes, and the requirements differ enough that choosing between them is the decision worth thinking about.
We are not going to tell you which to use. Both are described below as facts, and the order they appear in is fixed rather than a recommendation.
Route one: an app holds it for you
You need an account, and you need to pass an identity check. That check is where most people who cannot proceed find out, because the issuer's eligibility rule is applied at that point.
The app supplies everything else. No wallet, no recovery phrase, and no network fees to fund, because the app holds the tokens and handles the mechanics.
What you give up is control. The app holds the tokens, so you are relying on the app, and you can do only what the app permits.
Route two: you hold it yourself
You need four things.
A wallet. Software that holds tokens and signs transactions. This site names no wallet and never invokes one.
A recovery phrase you can keep safely forever. Lose the phrase and the tokens are gone, with nobody able to reset it for you. There is no support line and no recovery process. Write it on paper. Never type it into a website, and understand that the request to type it into a website is the most common way people are robbed in this category.
A small amount of the chain's own currency for network fees. On an EVM chain that means ETH or the chain's gas token. You cannot move a token without it.
The correct contract address. Anyone can deploy a token carrying the right symbol, so the address is what identifies it. Every address this site tracks is on the contracts page, and each one passes through a warning page before it leaves for a block explorer.
What you need regardless of route
To be eligible according to the issuer. Every issuer we track publishes its own rule on who it will deal with, and the rules differ. This is checked by the issuer or the venue, not by us; we never ask where you are. This site links to each rule rather than copying it, because a copy stops being true the day an issuer changes its mind. The links are collected at who can buy and the reasoning is in are tokenized stocks legal in the US.
To understand what you are holding. A stock token is not a share. It carries no shareholder vote, dividends reach you in one of several different ways depending on the issuer, and what you have a claim on is set by the issuer's wrapper.
What you never need
Reading anything we publish takes no wallet, no sign-in and no installed software. No page of ours will ask you to paste a recovery phrase, approve a transaction, or download a browser extension.
That is a permanent commitment, and it is a security feature. If a page that looks like this one asks you for any of those things, it is not us.
Where to go next
How to buy describes both routes in detail: in an app and with a wallet.
This site sells nothing and holds no money.
