No. Each issuer defines what you hold. Robinhood issues it as a debt security. A debt note issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that follows the share price. As a debt security it is a claim on the issuer, not the share or shareholder rights. None of them gives you shareholder rights such as voting.
What is the P contract address?
